Don't be limited by the standard ISO/EIA six offsets (G54-G59). We include 93 additional offsets, for a total of 99 work offsets.

ISO/EIA NC Support

Since the Hurco control supports ISO/EIA standards that are common with Fanuc or Siemens programs, you can use existing NC programs on your Hurco. Machinists who have Fanuc experience will feel comfortable operating a Hurco in NC mode.

The Hurco control offers Full Macro B support and nearly all G and M codes that an NC programmer uses.

NC Editor

The powerful NC editor is the fastest way to write or edit an NC program. The editor displays incorrect syntax in red and remarks in green in real time.

The Hurco NC Editor also eliminates mystery, displaying the meaning of each code as you move the cursor. Advanced features such as copy/cut/paste and find/replace make editing fast and easy.

Easy Program Transfer

We make it easy to get the part program to the control's large hard drive by providing multiple options. No need to drip feed given the sizable RAM in the control.

Options to transport part program to the control:
  • USB port for USB flash drive (USB thumb drive)
  • FTP for wired machine-to-machine file transfers
  • Microsoft networking for use of your LAN to transfer files from a computer or server to your machine

Automatic Error Check

The control checks the program for syntax, missing tool information, missing work offsets, and more. If errors are detected, the control automatically finds the line(s) of code with the error(s) so you can make the necessary corrections.

NC Probing Macros

Part probing macros for setup of work offsets or in-process quality control promote a high level of automation with minimal programming.

Tool probing macros are also provided for broken tool detection and tool wear compensation. If the tool is broken, a sister tool can be picked up and calibrated. If the tool is worn, the control can offset the tool within a programmed wear length and diameter range.
