Partners in Reliability and Optimization

Work with Hurco. Shape what comes next.

PRO sites run pre-release WinMax software on real jobs and tell Hurco Engineering what works and what doesn't, before it ships to everyone else.

What a PRO site is

A PRO site is a Hurco customer shop that puts new software, features, and technology to work on production parts and reports back. It's a partnership, not a beta list. You get early access and a direct line to Hurco Engineering. We get feedback from the shop floor instead of the lab.

  • Who it's forShops running a Hurco machine daily that match a current opportunity
  • What you testPre-release WinMax software, new features, and selected hardware or technology
  • Who you work withHurco Software Support Engineering, directly

What you get

Why shops join.

  • Early access to new WinMax software and features
  • Closer interaction with Hurco technical teams
  • Access to selected WinMax options while you're an active participant
  • A real say in what Hurco builds next

What Hurco expects

What makes a good PRO site.

  • A machine in regular production use
  • A reliable internet connection to the control
  • PRO software updates installed when released
  • Specific, meaningful feedback and prompt issue reports
  • Cooperation when Hurco needs to dig deeper on an issue

How it works

Nothing reaches a PRO site until it has passed Hurco's own testing. Your job starts at step 3.

1
Hurco

Internal testing

Engineering builds and validates the release in-house.

2
Hurco

PRO evaluation release

The release goes to selected PRO sites with matching machines.

3
You

Real-world use

You run it on your parts, in your shop, under normal production.

4
You + Hurco

Feedback and diagnostics

You report what you see. Hurco pulls diagnostics and works issues with you.

5
Hurco

Review

Engineering reviews results and decides what changes before general release.

Current opportunities

Hurco recruits for specific machines and technologies as testing needs come up. If your shop matches an open opportunity, apply.
