Classroom Training

Following is a schedule of programming training classes available from Hurco Europe Ltd.

• Hurco WinMax Mill or Lathe Introductory Programming/ Operator Training – These courses cover Conversational Programming of the Hurco WinMax Mill or Lathe Control as well as basic operator training. Classes take place at control simulators in a state of the art classroom environment and on actual machines for hands-on experience.
• Hurco Winmax Mill or Lathe Operator Training – This course covers the operating and setting of the machine tool for user’s primarily using NC programmes.
• Hurco Winmax Advanced Programming – These bespoke courses are scheduled on an as-needed basis and consist of training specific to the particular customer’s needs. Students must have either completed the appropriate Introductory Programming Training course or have extensive experience on a Hurco control.
• Hurco Winmax Mill 3D/Swept Surface Programming – This course covers creating 2D surfaces that sweep along a contour to produce complex surfaces.
• Hurco Winmax Mill 4/5-Axis Programming – This is an advanced course covering the Hurco WinMax 4/5-axis Conversational Universal Programming.
Students in this course must have either taken the Hurco WinMax Mill Introductory course or have extensive experience running a Hurco WinMax 3-axis Machine. Students that don’t have the required training or experience will need to take the 2 day WinMax Mill class.
• Hurco Winmax Mill Tool & Part Probe Training - Set tool lengths and diameters, work offsets and inspection cycles effortlessly with Hurco’s unique conversational probing routines.
• Hurco Winmax Solid Model Import Training - Programming on 3-axis and 5-axis machines from can be performed easily and quickly from solid model STEP files. This not only gives the programmer the ability to easily program 3-axis conversational features, but it will also automatically create the necessary Transform Plane blocks to program 5-sided features at various angles.
• Hurco UltiMax Mill Introductory Programming/Operator Training – This course covers basic operating and setting along with Conversational Programming of the Hurco Control and will be conducted entirely onsite on the customer machine tool.
