th June 2022 a special event was held at Hurco Europe Ltd for Dormer Pramet Sales and Applications staff. Live demonstrations were prepared on some of the 14 Hurco machines on display, including the latest 5 axis models.
The focus of the day was to demonstrate the performance of Dormer Pramet's latest solid carbide range. Impressive feed rates and full depth cutting strategies were the order of the day. Advances in cutter technology are allowing parts makers to improve cycle times, extend tool-life and take full advantage of the improved dynamics and higher feed rates available on the latest Hurco machine tools.
